Hope everyone is safe and well?

Not an email I wanted/expected to write but nevertheless it needs to be written and would rather we inform you and we can try and resolve some potential issues where possible?

We were expecting to receive a rather large shipment of teamwear goods Now and which we knew had been pushed back another couple of weeks, which most of you would have been aware of with recent SOC’s going out to you. However, we have recently learned that this shipment will now not leave the far east until 5th August with an ETA into the UK on the 8th Sept. Reasons being quoted are exactly the same as before and that lack of vessels with the amount of goods trying to be shipped has caused this situation. We have and are trying everything we can to get this home as fast as possible but so far all attempts have been fruitless. We have looked at re making what we know is the most urgent items and flying them home but this still wouldn’t arrive any faster.

Please see attached the list of goods that are affected so that many of you can see what/how this affects you and potentially your customers and just to re iterate we placed these orders in good faith at the end of 2020.

We know this is far from ideal and we are doing everything we can but unfortunately this is out of our control. We have more shipments coming later in the year and have placed 2 more buys for early 2022 arrival, we will continue to buy little and often to cope with any further shipping issues that will last into 2022/23. We are also looking at sourcing options far closer to home to avoid delays in the future as this is still an ongoing scenario.

I know this is going to be difficult until the goods are in but we may have some items that can tide you through until the stock arrives so please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do the very best we can to get us through the next few weeks.
